OCCUPANCY
The rates listed includes up to 2 people in a one bedroom or studio, and up to 4 people in a two-bedroom.
Maximum persons in a studio is 2, in a one bedroom - 4 persons, and in a 2 bedroom - 6 persons.
Extra Person Fee
$20.00 per night per person under the age of 12.
$40.00 per night per person 12 years and older.
Cribs available at $10 per day.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All rates quoted in US dollars.
Deposits
A 3-night deposit is required to secure your reservation of up to nine nights.
For reservations of 10 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 60 (sixty) days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations received inside the 60-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking and for early departures.
Special conditions apply for Christmas/New Year:
The deposit is only refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, if your cancellation is received 90 (ninety) days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay between December 23rd to January 5th is 7 nights.
Shoal Bay Villas is a small property and late cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we strictly maintain this policy.
